Tarragon Chive

You may find yourself adding this to just about everything. Made with our garden grown chive blossoms, tarragon, and local garlic in white wine vinegar, this beauty adds a savoury herbal essence to any dish (and even a gin cocktail, too).

➊ Tarragon Chive Aioli/Dressing

Ingredients

½ cup Mayonnaise or Vegannaise

2 tbsp Tarragon Chive Vinegar Infusion

1 Garlic Clove, Chopped

Salt + Pepper

Directions

Mix together. Put on everything. Seriously.

Ideas: Baste over halibut or salmon prior to baking; drizzle onto sautéd vegetables; use as a spread for sandwiches or wraps.


➋ Golden Tarragon Chicken

GF | DF Option — Serves 4-6

Ingredients

4 Chicken Breasts, Boneless

2 tbsp Butter or Olive Oil

3-4 tbsp Tarragon Chive Vinegar Infusion

1/2 cup Whipping Cream or Coconut Milk (canned)

Salt + Pepper

1 tsp Tarragon, Fresh or Dried

Directions

Sauté chicken breasts in butter or oil on medium heat until cooked through and browned (approximately 10 minutes per side). Remove chicken from pan and reduce heat. Add Tarragon Chive Vinegar Infusion to pan and scrape up browned bits. Add cream while stirring frequently and reduce until slightly thickened. Stir in the fresh or dried tarragon. Pour sauce over chicken.

Ideas: serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, or salad greens; pair with fresh peas or asparagus.
