➊ Turmeric Ginger Tonic

Ingredients
1-2 tsp Turmeric Ginger Vinegar Infusion
1 cup of Water (warm, chilled, or sparkling)
Option: add lemon, honey, or maple syrup.
Directions
Simply add the Turmeric Ginger Vinegar Infusion to water.
Ideas: drink it warm in the morning first thing to wake up your digestive system.
*If you drink it before a carb heavy meal it will help reduce your blood sugar. It’s important to drink this vinegar with enough water so to protect your tooth enamel.
➋ Turmeric Ginger Shake

2 cups Nut Milk
½ - ¾ scoop of Protein Powder
1 scoop of Fibre Powder (flax or otherwise)
¼ tsp Ground Turmeric (or 1 tbsp Cocoa)
1 tbsp Nut Butter (almond or otherwise)
2 tsp of Turmeric Ginger Vinegar Infusion
Pinch of Ground Ginger & Cinnamon
Option: add 1/2 banana or other fruit/berries.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
➌ Pacific Rim Dip

Ingredients
2 Avocados
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Water
1 tsp Cumin
1 Garlic Clove, Chopped
¼ cup Cilantro, Chopped
¼ cup Chives, Chopped
¼ cup Parsley, Chopped
2 tbsp Turmeric Ginger Vinegar Infusion
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Blend by hand or in a food processor, depending on your desired consistency.
Ideas: enjoy with veggies, crackers, flatbreads, tortilla chips; in sandwiches; on top of roasted veggies, rice and beans, fish, seafood and chicken.
➍ Ginger + Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
½ cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp Turmeric Ginger Vinegar Infusion
1 tsp Sesame Oil
½ tsp Fresh Ginger, Chopped
½ tsp Fresh Garlic, Chopped
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Nut Butter (peanut, almond, cashew, etc.)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small jar and shake well. Store in refrigerator up to two weeks.
Ideas: pour over salad greens, braised vegetables, tofu, and tempeh; use in stir-fries.
➎ Five Spice Sauce

Ingredients
½ cup Hoisin Sauce (may contain gluten)
1 tsp 5 Spice
1 tbsp Turmeric Ginger Vinegar Infusion
1 tsp Chili Oil
2 tsp Sesame Oil
Directions
Combine ingredients and use as a final stage sauce.
Turn down the oven temperature to 320 degrees when using it as a sauce for final roasting (will easily scorch due to sugar content).
Ideas: final roasting sauce on roast chicken, pork, steak, and fish; pour over rice and roasted vegetables (spaghetti squash!); use in stir-fries.
